Now let’s take a look at Neil! As we said before, Neil's fear of change can be related to both anxiety and autism. He doesn't like it when his schedule suddenly changes or when he has to do something he did not expect to, which causes him to feel really anxious.

Let’s take a look at how Neil's family helped him to overcome his fear:

Your turn to practice

This week, your parent will also read a module similar to the one you are reading right now. After you both read your own modules, take some time to discuss and see whether both of you think you need a new mission plan for an anxiety that is related to autism.

If so, use the Mission Plan Planning Worksheet to make a new mission plan. Remember, it is very important to discuss with your parent to make sure that you are both on the same page!
