Welcome to the second module of LUNA! In this module, you will learn more about the different aspects of anxiety. We will also talk about some different ways to keep your teen or child feeling motivated and supported as they face their fears.
You will spend about 30 minutes reading, watching videos, and doing activities. We encourage you to take breaks and come back to the material as much as you need.
