This week, we taught you how important it is to face your fears, and how you can do this with a mission plan. Here are the steps to create a mission plan:
- Choose the fear you want to target.
- Choose a mission plan goal.
- Brainstorm different steps for your mission plan.
- Using the anxiety scale, give each example a fear rating from 0-10.
- Order the steps from least to most scary.
- Choose a different reward or number of points for each step.
Over the next week, make sure you remember to:
- Put together your first mission plan with your parent and write it down on the Mission Plan Planning Worksheet.
- Start thinking about when you can start to practice your mission plan steps.
Next week, you will actually try your first mission plan and learn how to keep track of what you are doing!
