This week, you are going to keep practicing the steps in your mission plan! Look back to the mission plan(s) you have created and use this Weekly Practice Plan to make a plan of when you are going to practice which steps this week. Whenever you practice facing your fears on your mission plan this week, fill it in on this Mission Plan Practice Log to keep track of all the awesome things you do (and the rewards you get for them)!

This week, you will also be learning about something called “quick fixes” or “fix-its”, which can get in the way of facing your fears and worries.
