This week, we talked about how to think back and reflect on what you feel after practicing a step in your mission plan. Here are some summary points to keep in mind as you practice steps in your mission plan and reflect on them!

- When we are anxious, we think that something bad will happen to us.
- This is not always true!
- Practicing your mission plan helps you test out your stinking thinking.
- Practicing your mission plan will help you learn new things about your fears and anxieties.
Over the next week, make sure you remember to:
- Practice your mission plan! Plan out your practice using the Weekly Practice Plan
- Fill in your Mission Plan Practice Log every time you practice your mission plan.
- If you feel ready, make a new mission plan.
