Congratulations! You have finished the fifth module of LUNA!
This week, we discussed how to complete your plan of action. Below are some summary points to keep in mind as you practice the activities in your plan:
- It is very important to be consistent with your plan of action, so try to practice a little bit every day.
- Starting this week, you will keep track of all the times you complete an exposure activity in your activity log. This activity log will help you see when it is time for you to move on to the next activity in your plan.
- Completing an exposure activity can be scary at first, and that is okay! If you practice every day, it will get easier and easier, and you will feel less anxiety over time.
- After completing an activity and writing it down in your activity log, make sure to talk about how your practice went with your parent.
Over the next week, make sure you remember to:
- Create a weekly plan to practice the activities in your plan of action using the Weekly Practice Plan worksheet.
- Follow your plan and practice the exposure activities.
- After you practice an activity, make sure to write it in your Plan of Action Activity Log.
