Congratulations! You have made it to the last module of LUNA. This week, we will look back on what you have worked on since the beginning of the program (and celebrate!) and plan for how you will manage your anxiety in the future.
Review Your Progress
As we near the end of LUNA, it is important to take time to reflect and celebrate everything you have accomplished. But before you think about your own accomplishments, let’s check in with Neil and Sally about their accomplishments:

- Look back at the Fears and Worries Checklist you created at the beginning of the program. What were they?
- How have those fears and worries changed for you?
- What have you been able to do during the program that you are really proud of?
- What are you able to do now that you could not do at the beginning of the program?
- What skills did you learn that you can use to manage your anxiety?
While it is important to reflect on how far you have come since the beginning of the program and celebrate your progress, it is also important to figure out where you want to go in the future! The possibilities are endless now that you know how to manage your anxieties and use your coping skills!
