Congratulations! You’ve written your first mission plan. Now it’s time to start practicing activities on the plan! This week, you will spend about 15 - 30 minutes reading with your parent, and you will also try to practice activities in your mission plan every day.

Previously on LUNA...

Since beginning LUNA, you have learned about anxiety, set goals for yourself, and thought about different rewards you can earn. You have also learned and practiced different coping skills, like deep breathing and grounding. 

Last week you learned all about mission plans, which are a way to help you overcome your fears by gradually facing them. You also learned and completed the steps for creating a mission plan!
