This week, we talked about “fix-its”.
- “Fix-its” help us feel less afraid or anxious at first, but stop us from facing our fears.
- Fix-its are things people do too much to make themselves feel less afraid.
- It can help to figure out the fix-its you use so you can think of new things to put on your mission plan.
Over the next week, make sure you remember to:
- Think of new mission plan practice ideas that work on fix-its.
- Keep facing your fears on mission plans!
- Remember the goals you set for LUNA and think about how the exercises you do during mission plans will help you reach your goals.
