Congratulations! | LUNA Teen Module 5

This week, we talked how to do mission plans. Below are some summary points to keep in mind as you practice steps in your mission plan:

1. It is very important to practice mission plans for them to work. Try to practice every day! 
2. Starting this week, you will keep track of all the times you practice your steps in your practice log. This practice log will help you see when it is time for you to move on to the next step in your mission plan. 
3. Practicing a step in your mission plan can be scary at first and that is okay. If you practice everyday, it will get easier and easier until you won't feel anxious anymore. 
4. After practicing a step and writing it down in your practice log, make sure to talk about how your practice went with your parent. 

Over the next week, make sure you remember to:

1. Create a weekly plan to practice the steps in your mission plan using the Weekly Practice Plan.
2. Follow your plan and practice the steps.
3. After you practice a step, make sure to write it in your Mission Plan Practice Log.
