The IT Portal at it.bcm.edu can be used to create a ticket, get the status of your ticket, get self-help via a knowledge base, and request services.

Please note the IT Help Desk Operation hours are 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. The IT Portal is available 24/7.
