Using your BCM username and password, you can host a meeting for up to 100 participants, even non-Baylor users, using just about any device you prefer. Advanced Audio/Video Conferencing Services

Content

Advanced video conferencing typically takes place in specially equipped rooms, such as conference rooms and auditoria. The rooms available at Baylor are located in the main campus, Cullen Auditorium, Alkek N315, DeBakey M112, M100 (the Board Room), McMillian Auditorium, and Kleberg Auditorium. The Alford Educational Center is similarly equipped at the Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center campus.

Note: Check room availability in advance with the groups which govern access to the Cullen, Alkek, DeBakey, and Alford Educational Center rooms.

To enable faculty and staff to conduct video conferences elsewhere at the Main Baylor campus, AV Services provides portable equipment. All you need is a room with a Baylor network ("internet") connection and sufficient space for conference participants.
