The Vi-Cell XR is a viability analyzer and cell counter that is great for standardization and high throughput experiments. It is also able to obtain proper cell sizing for sort setups, as well as for quality control.
As illustrated, there are green highlighted 'viable' cells and red highlighted 'non-viable' cells. The images can be saved for future reference as well as for various data reporting configurations, including exporting into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
