This study aims to examine whether youth with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who benefit from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in addition to taking their antidepressants can discontinue their medication without relapse over 24 weeks. 

Eligibility criteria include: 

  1. Youth between the ages of 7 and 17 
  2. Youth who have OCD
  3. Youth who are currently taking medications for OCD
