Ulcerative Colitis Study (H-32982)

Adults with moderately to severely active UC (ulcerative colitis) who have been prescribed:

• HUMIRA®, without or in combination with an IMM (6-mercaptopurine or azathioprine), or
• 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP), or
• Azathioprine (AZA)

are needed to participate in a registry study to collect long term safety and effectiveness information. No additional procedures or treatments will be required.
