Balance is important at the Badr Lab. We work hard, but also take time to have some fun and pursue professional development activities. Professional development activities include a post-doc/graduate student writing group and a qualitative methods seminar for all research team members. We also acknowledge individual team contributions, hold lab lunches to celebrate birthdays and showers, and participate in team building activities like a group painting project and going to an escape room.
