Professional Statement

Dr. Howard Lee completed his internal medicine residency, gastroenterology fellowship, and transplant hepatology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. At Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, Dr. Lee sees pre-and post-transplant end-stage liver disease patients, including managing their long-term care and providing counseling before and after the transplant surgery. In addition to liver transplantation, Dr. Lee’s academic interests include cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, liver cancer, and medical education. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease, American Society of Transplantation, American Gastroenterological Association, and American College of Gastroenterology.
