Professional Statement
Panos is the developer of the Evolutionary Action method that estimates the functional and clinical impact of genetic variants. His research focuses on using Evolutionary Action to interpret any protein coding variants, either they come from human samples, animals, plants, or microorganisms. Panos has won multiple awards in international competitions organized by the CAGI community for the superior performance of the Evolutionary Action amongst the current state-of-the-art methods in the field.Websites
