As a dedicated and accomplished Intensivist, my career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence in the specialized field of Cardiothoracic Critical Care. My board certification in Internal Medicine Critical Care and further subspecialization in Cardiothoracic Critical Care exemplify the depth of my dedication and expertise. My proficiency in Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography and Critical Care Echocardiography further reinforces this.My extensive experience in Extracorporeal Life Support and Mechanical Circulatory Support has offered me the unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of critically ill patients. This has not only honed my clinical skills but has also fuelled my research interests in these areas.
A significant and pioneering aspect of my practice involves the intensive care of adults with congenital heart disease. This nascent and complex field presents a unique set of challenges that demand the highest degree of skill, adaptability, and attention. My clinical work in this area serves as the foundation for my ambition to contribute to and establish this important subspecialty of Critical Care.
