Dr. Camp Receives Grant from National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation

E. Ramsay Camp, M.D., professor and chief of the Division of Surgical Oncology, has received a $125,000 grant from the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation in support of research programs. The donation will be used for two ongoing research projects aimed at improving pancreatic cancer detection and treatment.  Dr. Camp has received grants from the foundation in the past and our Department appreciates the continued partnership with the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. In fact, the Department will have a team at the United in Purple 5K, which will be held November 19 at Rob Flemming Park in The Woodlands.
