Requirements
Requirements for Fellowship Candidacy
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), or
Completion of separate ACGME accredited residencies in Pediatrics and PMR. - American Board of PM&R certification or eligibility.
- Successful completion and passing of USMLE Step I, II, and III.
Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship is accredited for a total of four (4) fellow positions. Up to two positions may be offered to select candidates each year who have met the above qualifications. Funding for this position is through Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH).
