The Division of Pediatric Rheumatology offers various training program opportunities, electives and alumni-career connections to prepare physicians-in-training to develop expertise in diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic disorders.
Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program
The Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program provides three years of training to prepare qualified pediatricians for an academic career in rheumatology, involving clinical, teaching, consultative, research and technical experiences.
Resident and Student Electives
Residents and students may choose an elective in pediatric rheumatology, which is typically one month in length and focuses on outpatient and inpatient team-based clinical care. Trainees see patients at Texas Children's Hospital.
