Curriculum
Through longitudinal experiences in clinical practice, teaching/education, clinical research, quality improvement/ patient safety, and administrative/ leadership/ career development Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship trains fellows to:
- Demonstrate proficiency in the clinical practice of pediatric hospital medicine.
- Professionally interact in the education of other health care providers, patients, and families.
- Develop a career niche in one/more of the following domains: teaching/ education, clinical research, quality improvement/ patient safety, advocacy, and administrative/ leadership.
- Lead in the field of pediatric hospital medicine in an academic and/or community-based hospital.
