Resident Electives and Rotations
Content
Pediatric residents spend at least one month of their three-year pediatric residency in the emergency centers of Texas Children's Hospital and Ben Taub Hospital. In addition, emergency medicine and family medicine residents from programs outside of Baylor rotate at Texas Children's Emergency Center to gain experience in the care of pediatric patients requiring emergency care.

During their core pediatric rotation, Baylor College of Medicine medical students spend two weeks in the Texas Children's Emergency Center.
