About the Program
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is currently accepting applications for a one-year OB/GYN Hospitalist Fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital Pavilion for Women. Fellows will develop advanced skills with an emphasis on patient safety and evidence-based practice. They will become experts in the management of obstetrical and gynecologic emergencies, critical care of patients, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Located in the Texas Medical Center, Texas Children's Pavilion for Women does over 6000 deliveries annually and offers full gynecology and other specialty care for women of all ages. As a high-risk obstetrical referral center, the hospital provides vast exposure to many different maternal and fetal conditions. Applicants for the Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Fellowship Program must be graduates of a four-year accredited ACGME Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
