Present about 2-30 days after sex. Itching, burning, pain in legs, buttocks or genital area, vaginal discharge, pressure in abdomen, small red bumps, blisters or sores that crust over and heal in one to three weeks. Many people infected with genital herpes have no symptoms. If symptoms do appear, they may be mild or flu-like.
