About the Core
Description
These three teams handle the movement of projects through the Center of Metagenomics and Microbiome from the initial intake of samples until delivery of data. The Service Center is equipped to approach any project at scale. Our Project Management Team will use their knowledge to assist you in your decision making and oversee the movement of the project through the center.
- The Wet Lab process all samples from delivery, sequencing and storage.
- The Bioinformatics Group handles the data analysis portion of the process.
