Ovarian cancer happens when cells that are not normal grow in or near your ovaries. The ovaries are two small glands located on either side of your uterus. They produce female sex hormones and store and release eggs (ova). Our physicians are trained in the newest protocols and treatment options to develop individual treatment plans for surgery and chemotherapy. To schedule an appointment, call (713) 798-1999.
There’s Every Reason to Choose the Duncan Cancer Center
We are the only cancer center in Houston using heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) to treat ovarian cancer, which has shown improvement in survival in select patients.
Patients have access to clinical trials, including the latest treatment options such as immunotherapy.
