About the Lab
The Laboratory for Translational Genomics is a core facility located at Children’s Nutrition Research Center, Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. The facility provides wide range of Next Generation Sequencing and microarray processing options.
Our Services
The lab provides core laboratory services in genetics and genomics to CNRC and Texas Medical Center investigators. We use state-of-art next-generation sequencing and microarray technologies to address questions about gene expression, epigenetics, genotyping, and genome sequencing.
