About the Program
Bladder cancer is the tenth leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. with over 81,000 diagnoses in 2022 alone. At Baylor College of Medicine, the Bladder Cancer Multidisciplinary Translational Research Program brings together diverse researchers to develop meaningful and applicable results in the treatment, prevention, and management of Bladder and upper urinary tract Cancer. The center uses a multidisciplinary approach among clinical and laboratory researchers to take scientific discoveries from bench side to clinical application.
