Advanced Liver Therapies provides studies/clinical trials for a variety of liver diseases, including:

Services
As an important initiative of the Office of Clinical Research efforts, the ALT:
- Collaborates with scientists to establish translational research
- Advocates to encourage the pharmaceutical industry to develop new tests and therapies
- Provides advisors for new research protocol designs
- Publishes research results in peer-reviewed publications

Dr. John M. Vierling Joins IQ-DILI Initiative
John M. Vierling, M.D., professor of medicine and surgery at Baylor College of Medicine and director of Advanced Liver Therapies at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, was invited to contribute to the IQ Consortium Drug Induced Liver Initiative (IQ-DILI).
