Purpose: Baylor College of Medicine is committed to compliance with regulatory requirements for protection of data privacy and security.
Scope: This governance applies to all digital assets belonging to Baylor College of Medicine.
Responsibilities
Baylor College of Medicine faculty, staff and students are required to follow the College Code of Conduct (Baylor login required) and Policies & Procedures (Baylor login required).
Guidelines
Baylor College of Medicine Compliance and Audit Services is responsible for the management and oversight of compliance at the College. This office works with Office of Information Technology – Information Security, to ensure the privacy and security of the College’s digital assets.
